We have changed our customer relationship management provider from Pipedrive to Twenty. Twenty is operated by Twenty.com PBC and processes data in Frankfurt, European Union.
The data involved is business contact information — names, roles and contact details for the people we work with at client and prospective client organisations. Platform data belonging to your organisation is unaffected: it remains in the region set out in our Terms of Service, and Twenty has no access to it.
